Len Goudy
Len started in the Corporate side of the real estate business in the mid-1960’s including real estate management positions for Tenants at Towers Marts and Properties, Oshawa Wholesale, Canadian Tire, Vice President of Real Estate at Tamblyn Drug Marts, and Senior Manger Real Estate Development with Bank of Montreal. Landlord leasing positions at Marathon Realty, Village by the Grange, Group R, General Manager, Shannon Properties; and Vice President Shopping Centre Division, Orlando Corporation.
With this Corporate experience, he entered the Consulting business in 1999, which lead to the founding of Goudy Real Estate Corp.
With a 40 year career in real estate, has the experience to assist both Landlord and Tenants.
Alan Cole
Alan joined Rocket Retail in 2009 after more than twenty years representing major national and international retailers as a corporate real estate executive. His experience includes many years in the Quick Service Restaurant industry as well as with Canadian Tire in Ontario and Atlantic Canada and several years managing Wal-Mart Canada’s real estate and construction program nationally. Over this time Alan has been responsible for more than 10,000,000 square feet of retail expansion across Canada.
With in depth knowledge of site selection, lease negotiations, construction and development, including zoning and site plan approvals, Alan is well qualified to assist both retailers and landlords in their real estate development programs. In the course of his career Alan has developed a deep understanding of retail markets across the country as well as an extensive network of industry contacts including retailers, developers and landlords as well as brokers and consultants.
Alan has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and an MBA. His industry affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centres, the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Canada Green Building Council. Alan’s understanding of retail and retail real estate is invaluable in assisting clients secure optimal locations.
Jim Chambers
Jim Chambers has been involved in the retail and commercial real estate arena for more than 30 years. He was Vice-President of Development for Atlantic Shopping Centres Limited (now Crombie REIT), Senior Asset Manager for CN Real Estate, and Vice-President of Shopping Centres for Laing Properties Inc., in Vancouver, BC, prior to founding Chambers Developments in 1989.
Jim served as the Atlantic Provinces Regional Director for the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) and remains an active member. He is a Board member of the Wolfville Economic Corporation in Nova Scotia.
John Amos
John is a civil engineer from the University of Waterloo. He comes from a construction project management background and has worked as a project manager for Black & McDonald, Cineplex, Bird Construction, and Verdiroc Construction. From 1995 to 2011 he worked for Blockbuster Canada overseeing the growth of the chain from 150 stores to more than 450. He was part of Blockbuster Canada's executive team for more than ten years and managed the real estate, lease administration, store planning, construction and facilities departments as the Sr Director of Development. He chaired Blockbuster’s capital committee and looked after new business development for Blockbuster.
John is also president of Blocknet Retail Development Services Inc. which provides out-sourced services such as strategic planning, lease administration, construction project management and facilities management to small-box retailers and quick service restaurant concepts.
Lisa Carvalho
Lisa has over 16 years of construction and facilities management, store design and leasing experience for multi-unit retail and restaurant businesses.
After graduating from Niagara College with a Diploma in Interior Design, Lisa worked for McDonald's Restaurants and most recently Blockbuster Canada. At Blockbuster, Lisa led the store planning, and construction and facilities departments. She also assisted the Real Estate department with negotiating lease renewals for 75-100 units annually.
Rick Green
Rick has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in retail leasing and development. He was the Vice President of Leasing at Bentall Retail, where he supervised the Eastern leasing team and specialized in remerchandising and reworking multi-format shopping centres. This involved redeveloping old format shopping centres to modern efficient models, unlocking value and the successful repositioning of the centres.
Recently his leasing mandate as Director of Leasing at First Capital Realty focused on the development and leasing of urban centres such as Liberty Village, Rutherford Marketplace and Leaside Village.
Richard Greville
Richard has been in retail leasing for over 25 years with Little Caesars. In his position as Vice President and General Manger of the brand, he led all disciplines including marketing, finance, accounting, supply chain, operations, real estate and development. Prior to that, Richard was the Director of Real Estate and Franchise Development, successfully expanding the brand across Canada.
Lyn Ogilvie
Lyn has over 30 years of real estate experience starting in residential sales with JDS, Senator Homes and Tridel Corp. and the last 18 years in commercial real estate representing Landlords and Tenants. She has extensive experience in the lease up of new and existing retail strip plazas. In addition, she has been very successful helping small to mid-size retailers grow their businesses with selecting the ideal location for their business.
Her success can be attributed to being very focused, an excellent listener, and effective at marketing. Lyn is married and the proud mother of 2 children and lives in Markham.
Dennis Eberhard
Dennis brings a unique set of skills and experience to his clients. In addition to developing and leasing over 25 shopping centres with various public and private companies, Dennis has also worked for several national retailers in markets across Canada. Dennis strengths are lease negotiations, land acquisitions and property depositions. Most recently he has had experience in repositioning shopping centres by adding mixed uses to these properties.
Dennis started out his career working for such notable retail companies as Bank of Nova Scotia, Hudson's Bay Company, Zellers and K-mart where he was responsible for new store development, leasing and acquisitions across Canada. He later went on to hold senior executive positions in land development and leasing with Microtel Hotels by Wyndam, Smartcentres, Trinity Development Group and PenEquity Real Estate Corporation.
Dennis has over 28 years of experience in the shopping centre and land development industry. He is a licensed Realtor in Ontario and holds a Hon. B.A. in Urban Geography from Wilfred Laurier University and a M.A. in Urban Geography from the University of Western Ontario. He now resides in Ottawa, Ontario.
Kathleen Beal
Kathleen is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance specializing in Project Management.
Kathleen has transferred these skills to help her clients analyze, evaluate and negotiate on properties to help them meet their business requirements and investment goals.
Kurt Rainhard
Kurt's real estate career spans over three decades and he brings both experience and expertise in a wide variety of areas. As a Director of Leasing with Cambridge, now Ivanhoe Cambridge, Kurt worked with many of Canada's premier retailers in a variety of projects. As the Vice President of Real Estate for Prime Restaurants, Kurt was responsible for company growth across Canada with a variety of restaurant brands including Casey's, East Side Mario's, Prime Pubs (Fionn MacCool's) and Bier Market.
Prior to joining the Orange Group, Kurt was a team leader at BLJC (now Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions) where he oversaw a variety of retailer mandates and projects, until just recently commenced Rainhard Realty Services LTD, trading as Goudy Rainhard Realty Services Brokerage.
Kurt is involved in a variety of activities and sports, along with passion for his son's craft brewery, Rainhard Brewing Company, located in the Stockyards, (Keele and St. Clair), Toronto.
Alexandra Godwin
Alexandra brings experience from both the landlord and tenant side of a transaction per her previous capacity with major retailers, national brokerages, and a regional commercial property management firm. Her diverse skill-set to date has supported the successful conclusion of a variety of new, renewal and relocation real estate transactions across Canada. Alexandra works independently and is also partnered with Lyn Ogilvie to provide a superior level of specialized support to clients.
As an active committee member of ICSC Next Gen, she regularly attends events and educational seminars while networking with industry contacts to keep informed of the latest trends driving the market.
Alex is a passionate outdoors woman and enjoys a variety of activities such as golfing, back-country snowboarding, camping, mountaineering and adventures with her husband and dog.
Wilson Wu
Wilson has held positions in corporate development, private equity and head of strategic partnerships from various industries such as manufacturing, finance, and technology firms throughout North America. Wilson's expertise includes lease negotiation, landlord/tenant mediation, financial analysis, training and business development.
Wilson holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Retail Management) from Ryerson University. Wilson has extensive experience in retail, light industrial, and has a passion in helping lower-middle-market businesses grow.
Wilson is married, is a proud dog owner, enjoys pontoon boating, camping, and barbeques.
